Level 11 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Tom Schneider
Tom Schneider

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Jeff Lisandro limped in from the cutoff and Tom Schneider raised on the button. The players in the blinds folded and Lisandro called. The two went heads up to a flop of {6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Lisandro checked. Schneider fired a continuation-bet and Lisandro called.

The turn was {3-Hearts} and Lisandro check-called a second bullet from Schneider. The river came {q-Hearts} and both players checked.

Jeff Lisandro: {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Tom Schneider: {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{9-Spades}

Both players chopped the pot and took back their bets as Lisandro had the nut flush and Schneider the nut low.

Despite the chop, both players have added to their stacks significantly since play began.

"It Was Fun, Though"

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Phil Hellmuth: {a-Hearts}{7-Clubs} / {4-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts} / {3-Clubs}
Nicholas Julia: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} / {4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{4-Hearts} / {3-Spades}

Phil Hellmuth was the bring in and Nicholas Julia completed. Hellmuth called. On fourth street, Hellmuth check-called a bet from Julia.

Julia led on fifth and Hellmuth called. He bet again on sixth and Hellmuth raised. Julia reraised and Hellmuth said something along the lines of wanting to continue to raise until his stack was in. Julia obliged.

When cards were turned up on sixth, Hellmuth had clinched the low with {8-}{7-}{4-}{3-}{a-} and Julia had the high locked up with a full house, sixes full of fours.

"We did all that for two thousand, (or) 1,500," Julia said as he took back his chips and collected his share of the pot.

"It was fun, though," said Hellmuth.

"It was fun," Julia agreed.
