A player in middle position bet 2,000 into a pot 3,400 with a {10-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs} board on the felt. Brandon Shack-Harris, who won this very event back in 2016, raised to 6,200 from the cutoff. His opponent came back with a three-bet to 22,100, and Shack-Harris called.

The middle position player checked the {10-Spades} river, and Shack-Harris bet 28,000. His opponent, who had 31,000 left in his stack, tanked for three minutes before making the call.

"Full house," Shack-Harris said before tabling {k-Clubs}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. His opponent stood up, looking frustrated with the board, then arced his cards high in the air, still in hand, before slamming them down on the felt face-down.

Loren Klein after winning bracelet #4
Loren Klein after winning bracelet #4

Defending champion Loren Klein, who just won a WSOP gold bracelet for the fourth consecutive year in Event #43: $2,500 Mixed Big Bet, raised to 600 from the cutoff, and the button called. The small blind three-bet to 2,600, and both Klein and the button called.

Action checked to the button on a {7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop, and he bet 3,000. Only Klein called.

Klein checked the {q-Clubs} turn, and the button bet 11,800. Klein tanked for a minute before saying, "Raise pot." The total was 49,400, and Klein had around 10,000 left behind. The button elected to fold, and Klein said, "This is MAGA country!" as he raked in the pot.

The board was already {k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{7-Spades} and Rep Porter was facing a bet of 5,700 from James Chen. There was about 8,000 in the pot and Porter was up.

He flicked in a call and Chen opened his hand which showed {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}. Chen had the absolute nuts and Porter mucked his hand sending the chips to his opponent.

Reagan Nets An Early KO

Level 1 : 100/200, 0 ante

Mason Reagan checked a {2-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop from the hijack, and Matt Shepsky bet 2,300. Reagan check-raised to 11,300, and Shepsky announced, "Pot," making it 38,000. Reagan called.

The {8-Clubs} fell on the turn, and Reagan quickly announced pot. Shepsky called off his last 19,500.

Matt Shepsky: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Mason Reagan: {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}

Reagan's flopped two pair had turned the nut straight, but Shepsky was still live with the nut heart draw. The {q-Diamonds} bricked off on the river, and Reagan eliminated Shepsky just a few minutes into the day.

A player raised to 600 in the cutoff, and 2008 WSOP $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better champ David Benyamine made the call in the small blind.

Benyamine elected to lead out for 1,200 on the {8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{j-Diamonds} flop, and his opponent called.

The {3-Diamonds} fell on the turn, and Benyamine fired 3,600. That did the trick as his opponent folded.
