Boiko Bows Out After Clash With Jaffe

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

On the heads-up turn of {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}, Iaroslav Boiko bet 325,000 and Will Jaffe asked for the size of the pot until then, which was 450,000. Jaffe moved all in for 545,000 and Boiko essentially beat him into the pot.

Will Jaffe: {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}
Iaroslav Boiko: {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades}

Boiko had flopped the nut straight while Jaffe held the bottom straight and two pair. The {8-Clubs} on the river filled up Jaffe and he doubled for 545,000, which left Boiko with 10,000. Those chips vanished shortly after and Boiko was headed to the rail.

Picking up the action on the {7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs} turn, Dash Dudley faced a bet of 200,000 by Vladimir Shchemelev and moved all in, Shchemelev called for around 600,000.

Vladimir Shchemelev: {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Dash Dudley: {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}

The {a-Clubs} on the river failed to improve Shchemelev and he was eliminated.

Straight for Schwartz

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Maxx Coleman limped the small blind and Luke Schwartz raised to 90,000 from the big blind, which Coleman called. On the {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop both players checked and Coleman check-called a bet of 125,000 on the {10-Hearts} turn. They checked the {j-Clubs} on the river and Schwartz announced a straight.

Coleman nodded and was shown the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs} as the winning hand by Schwartz.

Razov Doubles Through Deeb

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

The flop was down {2-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, and with around 160,000 in the middle, Shaun Deeb bet pot.

Andrey Razov sat with 320,000, went deep into the tank for close to two minutes before he pushed his remaining chips into the middle and Deeb called.

Razov flipped over {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and was ahead of Deeb's {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts}.

Razov kept his lead after the {2-Hearts} hit the turn and sealed the double on the {j-Diamonds} river for a full house.

Day Next to Fall

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante
Dash Dudley

The second player to bust early in level 23 is Ryan Day, who was just spotted on his way to the payout desk. Dash Dudley raked in the chips and added them to his growing tower, and he was kind enough to provide the details as to what happened.

According to Dudley, he raised to 65,000 and called the pot-sized three-bet of Day, then jammed a {q-}{10-}{7-} flop with the {a-}{q-}{j-}{10-} for two pair and a gutshot. Day called it off with the {a-}{a-}{k-}{2-} for an overpair and different gutshot, and the {k-} turn improved Dudley to the nut straight, a blank {3-} river changed nothing anymore.

"You liked that turn, eh?" Luke Schwartz joked and Dudley replied "I liked the flop and the turn, they were both very sexy."

Hueber Hits the Rail

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Thomas Hueber moved all in 175,000 on the {4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop and saw Kevin Eyster call.

Kevin Eyster: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{6-Diamonds}
Thomas Hueber: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}

Eyster improved to two pair after the {q-Diamonds} hit the turn, and the {5-Spades} was a brick for Hueber, who saw his tournament come to an end shortly after the first break on Day 3.

Andjelko Andrejevic

Joining the action on the {q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop, Will Jaffe in the big blind and Shaun Deeb from under the gun checked and Andjelko Andrejevic bet 120,000. Jaffe check-called and Deeb asked for the stack size of Andrejevic before announcing a pot-sized raise to 675,000.

Andrejevic made the call and Jaffe sent his cards into the muck.

The {4-Diamonds} on the turn was checked by Deeb and Andrejevic emptied the clip by moving all in for 610,000. Deeb gave it some consideration and folded, which propelled Andrejevic into the lead.
