Hands #12-15: Trips For Team Smith

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #12 Fabio Coppola raised to 125,000 from the button, and Zachary Gruneberg called in the big blind. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{j-Clubs}, and Gruneberg check-called a 100,000 c-bet. The turn fell the {3-Clubs}, and Gruneberg check-folded to a 300,000 bet from Coppola.

Hand #13 Gruneberg called in the small blind, and Michael Marder checked his option. The flop fell {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{7-Spades}, and Marder folded after Gruneberg bet 60,000.

Hand #14 Kenny Hallaert raised to 100,000 from early position and saw Gruneberg call on the button, as well as Jerod Smith in the big blind. Smith checked on the {a-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop, and Hallaert bet 115,000. Both opponents called, and the turn fell the {j-Hearts}. All three players checked to see the {a-Clubs} river and again checked to showdown. Smith flipped over {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for trips and took down the pot.

Hand #15 Coppola raised to 110,000 from early position, and Steve Sung called in middle position as Barak Wisbrod also came along in the big blind. The players checked through the {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Spades} flop and when Wisbrod bet 175,000 on the {k-Clubs} turn, both his opponents folded.
