Good Call From Swift

Level 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

The player under the gun opened to 400 and it was called by Katie Swift and Mathieu Gomez on the button.

The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and it was checked to Gomez who bet 700. Only Swift stayed interested and called. Swift check-called once more when the turn brought the {9-Clubs}, this time for 1,500.

On the river {10-Spades}, Gomez bet 2,500 after a check from Swift and the latter took a minute before making the call. Gomez showed {7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} while Swift tabled {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades} to win the pot.

Davis Scoops a Huge Three-Way Pot

Level 2 : 100/200, 0 ante

Julie Polatchek started the action with a raise to 500 under the gun and Udo Pietsch called. Brian Pritchard three-bet to 3,500 in the cutoff and Kevin Davis quicky four-bet to 8,000. After Polatchek folded, Pietsch decided to call and Pritchard five-bet all in. Davis snap-called and Pietsch tanked for some time before calling as well to create the following showdown:

Udo Pietsch: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Brian Pritchard: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Kevin Davis: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}

The board brought no surprise with {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Davis tripled up while his opponents were left short stacks.
