Simon Puts Dubini Into a Decision

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Richard Dubini
Richard Dubini

Richard Dubini raised under the gun and John Simon called in the cutoff.

The flop came {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Simon called Dubini's continuation for 45,000. On the {5-Hearts} turn, Dubini tanked before firing 150,000 and Simon called once more.

A {j-Spades} completed the board and Dubini sent 280,000 in the middle. Simon thought about his move for a minute and reraised all in for a stack around 1,200,000, putting Dubini's tournament at risk. The latter went deep into the tank and eventually folded.
