Evans Takes From Yu

Level 25 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Big O

Sean Yu raised to 37,000 from under the gun, and John Evans defended his big blind to see a {10-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop.

Evans led out with a pot bet worth 102,000, leaving 180,000 behind, and Yu called.

Both players checked on the {3-Hearts} turn before Evans bet 90,000 after the river hit the {9-Spades}.

Yu needed close to a minute of thought before he decided to call, and Evans flipped over {a-Spades}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}.

Yu concentrated on the board for a few more seconds before realizing his holding was no hold, and Evans picked up a nice pot.
