Vizracca Doubles With Top Set

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

The cards were already on their backs and Joshua Vizcarra ended up all in for 56,700 with {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} for top set on a board of {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}. There wasn't much of a threat, however, as his opponent only held {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for top pair to award Vizcarra a double.

Radzivonau in the Mix

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante

Kiryl Radzivonau has taken a seat and is sat on just a smidge under starting stack. The Belarussian has had two third-place finishes in WSOP events. The first was in the $3,000 No Limit Hold'em Six-Handed in 2015, netting him $251,168 and the most recent was in the $1,000 No Limit Hold'em - Tag Team event for $32,595.

Toma Rising

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante

Tsugunari Toma raised to 1,200 and was called by his table neighbor to see a {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, which both players checked. Toma's bet of 2,000 on the {4-Hearts} turn resulted in a call and Toma then check-called a bet of 4,000 on the {k-Clubs} river.

His opponent flashed his cards including the {10-Clubs}, and Toma won the pot with {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for a pair of fives.

The same table also features Eugene Ji, who has had a solid start into the day.

Matt Affleck
Matt Affleck

Matt Affleck has been chipping away. He lost a tiny pot just now after defending his big blind vs an early position 1,200 open and then check-folded to a 1,000 bet on the {7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop.

Riley Barrels

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

Linda Riley opened to 1,600 and got two callers, one of which was Greg Geller. On the {q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} flop, it checked to Riley who made it 6,000 to proceed. Only Geller made the call and the dealer laid an {a-Spades} on the turn. Riley barreled 11,000 and though Geller gave it a little thought, he let it go.
