Lider Takes Out Dezen

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Colby Dezen was out of his seat and the dealer was shuffling the cards following the previous hand, whilst Yosef Lider was stacking his newly acquired chips. Lider was kind enough to run through the action and it all happened from the small and big blinds.

It folded to Lider who raised to 600,000 and Dezen defended his big blind. On the {j-}{q-}{5-} flop, Lider set his opponent all in and Dezen made a quick call. Dezen was ahead with {q-}{j-} for two pair and Lider opened {k-}{10-} for an open-ended straight draw.

The turn was a {k-} and the river another {5-} giving Lider a better two pair and sending Dezen to the payouts desk.

Betito Jams Into Taylor

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

In a rare hand that didn't include a preflop all in, Liran Betito jammed the {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} flop and Lula Taylor mucked {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} face up.

"Show me something better than tens," Taylor demanded and Betito checked his cards, then revealed the {j-Spades}.

Further assorted counts can be found below.

Weinberger on a Heater

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Joseph Weinberger
Joseph Weinberger

Joseph Weinberger is a man to be feared after he bust yet another opponent, with a little help from Lady Luck.

Weinberger ran through the hand, explaining that his opponent had raise-called his three-bet all in preflop.

Weinberger had {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} versus ace-king offsuit. The flop brought two hearts for the flush draw and a third heart on the turn locked it up for him. Can anyone stop him?

Alloggio Doubles Again

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Ben Alloggio had previously doubled through Jasthi Kumar when hitting a straight flush with the {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Kumar busted moments ago.

Alloggio then got it in for 2,775,000 with the {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} against Lazaro Hernandez, who flipped over {a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. The first community card was the {a-Spades}, but it was followed by {8-Clubs}{3-Spades}, and the {6-Hearts} turn and {7-Spades} river changed nothing anymore.

Dylan Thomassie also departed at the same time from one table over.

Donovan Eliminated by Nugent

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Zachary Donovan was all in preflop with the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Matthew Nugent had the superior pocket pair in {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}.

The board came {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{a-Diamonds} and the jacks held up to reduce the field further.

Other big stacks on Nugent's table are Andres Korn and Zachary Donovan.

Double for Stineman

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Tyler Stineman was down to 1,250,000, or just over six big blinds. He moved all in and found call from the small blind who had {8-Spades}{7-Spades} and Stineman was a long was ahead with pocket {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.

The {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} flop gave Stineman a sweat as he now had to dodge an open-ended straight draw. The turn was a safe {5-Clubs} and the river bricked the {4-Spades} and he collected the pot.

A Double for Dezen

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Colby Dezen was all in for the last 1,525,000 and had the best of it with {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades} versus {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. The board brought no surprise as it ran out {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} and that pushed Dezen back to 16 big blinds.
