Day 2 of Event #75: $1,111 Little One for One Drop is set to begin, with today restarting at 1 p.m. All of the surviving players from Day 1a, 1b and 1c return today as a combined field, meaning 2,025 players will be in action at the start of play. Late registration for this event is open through the end of the second level today (Level 12), so that number is expected to grow even higher.

Those 2,025 players survived from a total field of more than 5,400 entries in this unlimited reentry event, as this year’s Little One for One Drop has surpassed last year's attendance of 4,732 players. The 2018 edition awarded a $559,332 first prize to eventual champion Guoliang Wei, and that total will be even larger in 2019 when the bracelet winner is crowned.

Today’s field will play through ten 60-minute levels, with 15-minute breaks after every two levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level (Level 16). Day 2 begins at Level 11, with the blinds at 800/1600 with a 1,600 ante.

The chip leaders coming into Day 2 include Leandry Ainonkpo (726,600), who bagged the most overall chips out of any of the Day 1 flights. Following closely behind are Stefan Ivanov (658,000), Hophuong Lay (591,000), Joris Rujis (557,000), David Lolis (525,400), Mark Eddleman (464,600) and Nikolay Fal (437,000).

The defending champion Wei (110,000) is still in the field, along with other WSOP bracelet winners such as Ryan D’Angelo (335,800), Athanasios Polychronopoulos (296,500), Farhintaj Bonyadi (238,800), Men “The Master” Nguyen (226,500), Shaun Deeb (222,100), Jonathan Hilton (221,300), and Alexander Ziskin (214,300).

This event is scheduled for 10 levels of play today and Wednesday, and slated to play down to a winner Thursday. Follow along with the PokerNews live reporting team as the $1,111 Little One for One Drop continues.
