Bowen Check-Shoves

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

From under the gun, Jon Stanfield raised it to 80,000 and was called by Joao Simao in middle position and Guy Bowen from his big blind.

After Bowen checked the {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} flop, Stanfield continued for 80,000, which got a fold from Simao. With action back on Bowen, he then check-shoved all in.

Stanfield asked the dealer to pull in the 240,000 so that he could see how much more it was to call. It was an additional 470,000, which sent Stanfield into the tank for about a minute before he released his cards saying, "I've got six outs."
