Zinno Takes From Piccioli

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

The board read {k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and there was about 23,000 in the middle already. Bryan Piccioli checked to Anthony Zinno from the under-the-gun position and Zinno thought about it on the button.

He eventually checked behind and Piccioli announced ''ace-king'' but he mucked his hand when Zinno showed {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

Tavares Defends and Wins

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

Action folded around to Vlad Darie on the button and he made it 1,600 to go. The small-blind player folded but Fernando Tavares defended from his big blind.

After both players checked through to the turn on a board of {7-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Hearts}, Tavares led out for 2,000 and Darie made the call. Both players then checked the {9-Spades} river and Tavares took down the pot after he tabled {6-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for two pair.

Darie Eliminates One

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

After losing the previous hand Vlad Darie was right back in action on the very next hand and eliminated a player.

A middle-position player raised it to 1,600 and got called by Darie from the cutoff. In the next seat over the button-player then shoved his last 3,900 in chips, and after the original raiser made the call Darie put out a stack of orange 5,000 chips, which got a fold from the original raiser.

All-in Player: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Vlad Darie: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

The {8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Spades} flop put Darie in the lead, and the {10-Spades}{8-Clubs} runout gave Darie the full house and eliminated his opponent.

Izutsu Stays Aggressive

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Hideki Izutsu raised to 1,200 from the cutoff and was called by both players in the small and big blinds.

Both players then checked to Izutsu on the {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop, and after he continued for 3,500 only the small-blind player check-called. The small-blind player then check-folded after Izutsu put out a big bet of 12,000 on the {q-Diamonds} turn.

Yaroshevskyy Bombs the Flop

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Igor Yaroshevskyy
Igor Yaroshevskyy

A player in early position raised it 2,500 and got two callers. With action on Igor Yaroshevskyy in the big blind he three-bet shoved his short stack. The original raiser then four-bet to 12,500, which was enough to get the two remaining players to fold.

Igor Yaroshevskyy: {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Original Raiser: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}

Yaroshevskyy was behind, but that all changed after the dealer fanned the {q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{j-Clubs} flop, which gave him the nut flush and secured his double-up even before the {q-Diamonds} turn and {9-Diamonds} river.

Small Pot for Heath

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Ben Heath raised from under the gun to 2,000 and he was called by the player on the button. The flop was dealt {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Heath was the first to act.

He continued with a bet of 1,800 and that was enough to make his opponent fold and the Brit took the pot down. He is seated at the same table as Sam Grafton and Oliver Ruesing and both of them have a stack of about three time the initial 20,000.
