The flop fell {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, and with 130,000 in the pot, Andres Gonzalez checked from middle position.

Will Givens bet 25,000 from the cutoff and Gonzalez called.

Gonzalez checked again after he saw the {4-Diamonds} hit the turn, and Givens moved all in for 90,000.

Gonzalez snap-folded and Givens took the pot to move up to 300,000.

The two players discussed their hands just moments later, with Givens saying he held pocket kings, and Gonzalez replying he held pocket queens.

The completed board was down {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{k-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and there was around 60,000 in the middle.

Aaron Mermelstein had checked from the small blind and saw Justin Bonomo bet 200,000 from the hijack.

"I don't think I can fold this," said Mermelstein, sat with 160,000 behind.

Mermelstein went back into deep thought for close to 90 seconds but then called.

Bonomo revealed {8-Spades}{9-Spades} for a flush, but was behind against Mermelstein's nut flush with {a-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Mermelstein received the full double and Bonomo was left with 240,000.

Leonard Eliminates Kaneoya

Level 15 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Patrick Leonard
Patrick Leonard

Patrick Leonard raised from middle position to 13,000 and it was Renato Kaneoya who pushed his last 68,000 to the middle. The action folded back to Leonard and he quickly called as he tabled {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}. Kaneoya was in trouble with {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}.

The {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop split Kaneoya's outs in half and he couldn't catch up on the {3-Diamonds} turn and {j-Hearts} river.

Leonard has his seventh in-the-money finish of the series but he has yet to reach an official final table.
