All In Preflop, Ends in a Chop

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Rania Nasreddine opened to 200,000 on the button, Jeremy Kottler potted, Nasreddine re-potted all in, and Kottler made the call. The prelop actions happened in rapid succession, and the players turned over almost the exact same hole cards.

Rania Nasreddine: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}
Jeremy Kottler: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

The chances of a chop were high, and that was exactly the end result on a {2-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{j-Spades}{2-Hearts} runout.

No-Limit Hold'em

The action folded around to Jerry Odeen in the small blind who limped in and David "ODB" Baker checked his option.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} Odeen led out 60,000 and Baker made the call.

The {4-Spades} fell on the turn and Odeen fired out 225,000 and Baker made the call once again.

The river was the {2-Spades}, Odeen thought about his options for about 40-seconds before betting 575,000 and putting Baker in the tank. Baker took his time, counting out his stack and took a sip of water. He eventually decided to let this one go.
