Hand #142: Shankar Pillai raised to 125,000 and Michael Gagliano called. Gagliano check-folded to a 100,000-bet from Pillai on {k-Spades}{3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Hand #143: Gagliano raised to 150,000 and Pillai three-bet to 550,000. Gagliano called.

Pillai continued for 300,000 on a flop of {5-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and Gagliano called again.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and Pillai opted to check. Gagliano cut out a bet of 650,000 and Pillai called.

Pillai tabled {10-Hearts}{8-Spades} for a straight and Gagliano showed {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for two pair before sent his cards to the muck.

Hand #120: Tomym Nguyen raised to 100,000 on his button and Shankar Pillai three-bet to 350,000 from the small blind. Nguyen called.

The flop came down {3-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Pillai continued for 250,000. Nguyen called again, leaving himself with less than a pot-sized stack.

The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Pillai checked. Nguyen tanked for a couple of minutes and counted his stack in the process. Then he shoved for 965,000 and Pillai snap-called.

Pillai was ahead with the blades and Nguyen needed a jack or a six to stay in the tournament.
