Le Goff Exits

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Simon Deadman raised to 8,000 from under the gun, and Gal Yifrach called on the button before Damien Le Goff moved all in for 81,500 from the small blind.

Deadman thought for ten seconds after asking for confirmation of the amount then folded and Yifrach snap-called.

Damien Le Goff: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Gal Yifrach: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}

Board: {9-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Spades}

Le Goff was in a great spot for the double up, but Yifrach picked up the nut flush draw on the flop to make the situation tense.

When the fourth heart peeled off on the turn, it was all over, and Le Goff departed in unfortunate circumstances.

Kanit Three-Bet Folds

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Anson Tsang raised to 10,000 from the cutoff and Mustapha Kanit three-bet to 25,500. Ioannis Angelou Konstas sat in the small blind and he thought about it for a minute. He even grabbed some chips but ultimately let go of his hand.

Tsang then took his time to eventually four-bet to 140,000 with only 4,500 behind. Kanit let go of his hand.

Kitai Left Short

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The board fell {9-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{k-Hearts}, and Davidi Kitai had a 25,000 bet in front of him.

Mustapha Kanit raised to 80,000 from the big blind, and Kitai was in the tank sat with a 115,000 stack.

The Frenchman ultimately decided to call, and when Kanit tabled {a-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for trips, Kitai mucked and was left short.

Volpe vs. Deeb, Again

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

The board fell {6-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, and Shaun Deeb had a 22,500 bet in front of him.

Paul Volpe thought for 10 seconds then called. Deeb flipped over {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for king high, and Volpe won the pot with a pair after he showed {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}.

These two players battled once again, 12 months after Deeb got the better of Volpe heads-up to win the $10,000 6-Max Championship.

Yu Busts With ''Zero Flush Draws''

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Ben Yu earlier this summer
Ben Yu earlier this summer

Ramin Hajiyev raised to 9,000 and Ben Yu put his last 100,000 in the middle. It folded back around to Hajiyev and he called and immediately tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}. Yu showed {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and added ''I have 0 flush draws''.

It turned out he needed the flush draws because the board ran out {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} and Yu was eliminated from the tournament. There are about 70 players left in the tournament and they are slowly but surely getting closer to the money.
