Kevin Pollak raised to 1,400 from under the gun, and only Thomas Bauer in the big blind called.
Both players checked the 
flop, and Bauer bet 2,500 on the 
turn. Pollak called.
Bauer bet 4,500 on the 
river, sending Pollak deep into the tank.
"Your story is that you flopped a flush?" Pollak asked Bauer. "If you don't have a flush, you lose."
Bauer remained nonplussed, even after Pollak took a few moments to stare Bauer down. A few minutes passed before a clock was called, and with a few seconds left on the clock, Pollak folded 
faceup. Bauer mucked without showing and took down the pot.
