Silver Gets Value With Trips

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Max Silver bet 7,000 on a {j-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} board from the big blind, and his opponent on the button made the call.

"Eighteen," Silver announced after the {5-Clubs} fell on the river, leaving himself just 12,000 behind. The button scrunched his face up before making what looked to be a crying call, only to quickly muck after Silver rolled over {q-Hearts}{j-Spades} for trips.

Tournier Calls With Tens

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Laurie Tournier
Laurie Tournier

Laurie Tournier raised from middle position with {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} and she was called by the player in the big blind. The flop fell {8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and she checked with her overpair after the player in the big blind had checked.

The turn was the {j-Clubs} and the big blind lead out with a bet of 13,000 which was more than the size of the pot. She called again and the {4-Hearts} was dealt on the river.

They checked both and Tournier's opponent was hesitant with showing his hand. He ended up showing {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and Tournier won with her pocket tens.

Cannuli Gets Punished for an Overbet

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

A completed board of {k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} was spread across the felt with around 33,000 in the pot. Tom Cannuli led out for more than a pot-sized bet of 43,000. His opponent replied by shoving all in for 108,500.

Cannuli went into the tank for what seemed like over five minutes. The table sat in silence as Cannuli tried to come to a decision. Eventually, Cannuli flashed the {q-Diamonds} before putting his cards in the muck. His opponent collected the pot but didn't give Cannuli any information as the last few minutes tick down on the clock.

Courtade Brings Max Pain on the River

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Will Courtade was in the cutoff and called the three-bet shove of an opponent in the big blind.

Opponent: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Will Courtade: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Courtade bricked the {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop and {3-Diamonds} turn, but heartbreak was in store for the big blind, as he was crushed to see the {a-Hearts} fall on the river, and he let out a "Oh no!" before making his way from the table.

Boyko Busts Blind on Blind

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Massimo Mosele limped the small blind and Yuriy Boyko jammed out of the big blind for the last 35,800 and Mosele snap-called.

Yuriy Boyko: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Massimo Mosele: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The board came {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Spades}{5-Hearts} and Boyko was drawing dead on the turn.

"Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose," the Irishman shrugged and headed out of the tournament area.
