Garbi Looking for Another Bracelet

Level 12 : 1,750/3,500, 400 ante

Ravid "jerbi9999" Garbi won a bracelet yesterday and is back in the race for another one. He raised to 7,000 from the early position and Ana Marquez three-bet to 21,000 from the cutoff. The action folded back to Garbi who made the call.

The flop came ]8has8d], Garbi check-called the 16,649 continuation-bet of Marquez.

They both checked through the {q-Hearts} on the turn to the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Both players checked again. Garbi tabled {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for trip eights which was enough against the {k-Spades}{q-Clubs} of Marques who held two pair.
