Chidwick Eliminated by Pillai

Level 32 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Shankar "Saquon" Pillai raised it up to 160,000 in the hijack and Stephen Chidwick three-bet small to 384,000 in the cutoff. Pillai came along to see a flop of {8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and opted to check-call a bet of 240,000 by Chidwick.

The {q-Hearts} turn was checked by both players and Pillai then bet the {2-Hearts} river for 1.6 million. Chidwick had just over 1.4 million behind and called all-in with {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for top set. However, Pillai had flopped the ten-high straight with {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and sent Chidwick to the rail in 19th place.

Big Double for Boika

Level 32 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Boika doubles through AntreVolt
Boika doubles through AntreVolt

"AntreVolt" made it 165,065 to go from the cutoff and that triggered a three-bet to 555,195 by Aliaksei "BladeRunner1" Boika in the small blind. "AntreVolt" called and they headed to the {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop on which Boika bet 412,629. AnrteVolt" raised for most of his stack and Boika called all-in for more than 1.85 million.

Aliaksei "BladeRunner1" Boika: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
"AntreVolt": {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

Boika needed to dodge an ace or hearts and did so thanks to the {4-Spades} turn and {4-Diamonds} river runout.

Schindler Shot Out of the Tournament

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 9,000 ante
Schindler vs Rudolph
Schindler vs Rudolph

Christian Rudolph raised to 140,000 from the hijack and Jake Schindler defended his big blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}, Schindler check-shoved for 394,860 after Rudolph continued with a bet of 70,000 and was called by the bigger stack.

Jake Schindler; {k-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}
Christian Rudolph: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

Schindler had flopped two pair but Rudolph held the higher two pair.

The rest of the board was completed with the {j-Clubs} on the turn and the {5-Diamonds} to not help Schindler as he was eliminated.

Hunichen Busts Ferguson

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 9,000 ante
Ferguson eliminated by Hunichen
Ferguson eliminated by Hunichen

The action started with a raise to 140,000 by "ChickenBBQ" and Chris "nelanio" Ferguson moved all-in for the last 645,220 from one seat over. Out of the big blind, Chris Hunichen used a portion of his time bank and four-bet all-in for a shade shy of 2 million, which forced a fold from "ChickenBBQ".

Chris "nelanio" Ferguson: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Chris Hunichen: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Hunichen picked up a gutshot on the {k-Spades}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop and that also gave some counterfeit outs. While nothing changed on the {4-Hearts} turn, the {k-Diamonds} river indeed made the pair of sevens worthless to eliminate Ferguson in 21st place.

Frank Loses All in Three-Way All-In

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 9,000 ante
Frank vs Botteon vs Zobian
Frank vs Botteon vs Zobian

Brunno Botteon limped in from under the gun and Christopher "Mangudai" Frank three-bet shoved for 327,902 from the hijack. Aram "Pusha T" Zobian called for the 88,585 he had left in the big blind and Botteon called too.

Aram "Pusha T" Zobian: {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Christopher "Mangudai" Frank: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Brunno Botteon: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for Zobian to river the straight to triple up while the remainder of Frank's stack went to Botteon.

Chip Counts After the Break

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 9,000 ante

Anselmi eliminated by Chidwick
Anselmi eliminated by Chidwick

The final three tables were barely set when Rui Ferreira was eliminated and Federico "Poch0Loc0" Anselmi followed right after.

Alexandru "Bot Marley" Papazian raised to 140,000 and Stephen Chidwick jammed the cutoff for 1,492,175. Anselmi called all-in for 603,126 in the small blind and Papazian folded.

Federico "Poch0Loc0" Anselmi: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Stephen Chidwick: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}

On a board of {j-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, Anselmi found no help and finished in 23rd place.

Rudolph Doubles Through Frank

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 9,000 ante
Rudolph doubles through Frank
Rudolph doubles through Frank

In a preflop raising war, two German-speaking High Rollers clashed as Christopher "Mangudai" Frank in the big blind had Christian Rudolph in middle position narrowly covered.

Christian Rudolph: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Christopher "Mangudai" Frank: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

Neither player had a diamond in the hand which proved to be important on the {j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} runout, as Rudolph doubled to more than 2.9 million.
