Cortes Finishes "Tuuri"

Level 30 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

"Tuuri" got their remaining chips in preflop with {k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. The badugi hand wasn't in great shape against Jesus Cortes' {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} but the {j-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} flop strongly favored Tuuri. The {k-Spades} turn and {j-Hearts} river gave Cortes a boat, though.

"Tuuri" on Fumes

Level 30 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Frank "Sbma2016" Crivello opened for 100,000 on the button, "Tuuri" made it 350,000 in the small blind and Crivello called. On the {10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{k-Spades} flop, Tuuri bet 750K and Crivello shoved for just a bit more.

Tuuri: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{q-Spades}{6-Spades}
Crivello: {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

Crivello was in a great spot and the {4-Clubs} and {8-Spades} kept him best.

Cortes Rockets to the Top

Level 29 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Cortes Doubles Through Lin

Level 29 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Jesus Cortes raised to 88,000 under the gun and got action from both blinds. On the {2-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{k-Spades} flop, Cortes called 120,000 from big blind Ren Le "li_xiaolong" Lin and they went to a {7-Hearts} turn heads up. Lin bet 380,000, Cortes shoved for 624K and Lin called.

Cortes: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}
Lin: {j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Spades}

Lin had slightly the best of it with two pair and spade blockers but Cortes was drawing big. He got there with the {q-Clubs} river, completing his straight.

Sean Winter opened under the gun, Laurynas Levinskas called on the button and Felipe Ramos did likewise in the small blind. Joao "naturalMENTE" Simao made it four to the {7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} flop and Ramos shoved for 214K.

Levinskas called holding {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for the nut flush draw, while Ramos had {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for a pair and a straight draw. The sweat was short as a diamond turn left Ramos collecting a payout.

Aces Don't Hold for "JackGeller"

Level 28 : 16,000/32,000, 0 ante

Ren Le "li_xiaolong" Lin opened on the button and four-bet shoved when "JackGeller" three-bet for nearly all of their chips.

Lin: {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
JackGeller: {a-Spades}{4-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

The blades weren't in great shape after the {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and the {q-Hearts} gave Lin such a big draw that he was 60% to improve. The {4-Hearts} got him there.
