2020 WSOP Online Event #20: $500 PLO 6-Handed Kicks-Off at 3 p.m. PDT

The 2020 Online World Series of Poker has been running for nearly three full weeks on WSOP.com and it continues today with another non-hold'em tournament on the schedule as $500 PLO 6-Handed kicks-off at 3:00 p.m. PDT.

The non-hold'em event features 20-minute blind levels and the $500 buy-in gives players 15,000 chips to play with.

The tournament allows players to re-enter three times with each re-entry lasting only 30 seconds, so players will need to make sure they have enough funds in their WSOP.com account before the tournament starts if they plan on re-entering.

Late registration and the re-entry option will be open for the first 3 hours and 45 minutes of play. Tournament tickets are not usable for re-entry.

ALL OMAHA EVENTS MUST BE PLAYED ON A LAPTOP OR COMPUTER, USING A MOBILE PHONE OR IPAD WILL NOT WORK.

This is the twentieth of 85 bracelet events being held on WSOP.com (31 events – one each day for the month of July) and GG Poker (holding the remaining 54 events).

The former client will cater to players in Nevada and New Jersey (players in Delaware are NOT able to participate), while the latter will serve the international base.

How To Play

The first step in getting set up to play on WSOP.com is to download the client. You can do so for both mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop (Windows 7 or higher and Mac OS X 10.6.8).

Sammy "0o0o00o0o0" Lafleur opened for 525 from middle position and Shaun "ddtgg" Deeb called from the cutoff.

Once the {a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} flop appeared, Lafleur continued for 956 and Deeb called to see the {5-Clubs} come on the turn.

Lafleur fired out 3,187 then jammed for 19,794 after Deeb raised to 12,748 and Deeb called off his 15,929 stack.

Shaun "ddtgg" Deeb: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Sammy "0o0o00o0o0" Lafleur: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Both players flopped a set with Lafleur holding the better hand but Deeb was still alive after turning the club draw.

Unfortunately for Deeb, the {q-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and he re-entered the tournament.
