"Godzilla" Set Up to Fall in 56th Place

Level 29 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

Wes "RocRoller17" Pantling raised to 40,000 from the hijack only to have Joel "Godzilla" Frank three-bet to 306,572 from the cutoff, leaving himself just 20,000 back. Action folded back to Pantling and he just called before betting 20,000 on the {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop. Frank called off and discovered the bad news.

Wes "RocRoller17" Pantling : {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Joel "Godzilla" Frank: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}

Frank had a gutshot straight draw, which he needed to hit in order to overcome Pantling's set of fours. Neither the {3-Spades} turn nor {6-Diamonds} river helped Frank and he hit the rail in 56th place for $1,359.07.

Wang Cracks Medlin's Aces for Bounty

Level 29 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante
Michael Wang
Michael Wang

Action on the table folded around to Michael "miw210x" Wang who raised all in for 432,610 from the small blind and Ray "marriedamilf" Medlin snapped off his 214,406 stack from the big blind.

Michael "miw210x" Wang: {j-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Ray "marriedamilf" Medlin: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

Medlin woke up with aces and was way ahead of Wang until the {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop appeared giving him trip eights.

The {k-Diamonds} turn didn't change a thing nor did the {k-Hearts} that followed on the river ending Medlin's tournament.

Alvarado Flips for His Tournament life

Level 29 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

Ricardo "2dahmoon" Alvarado moved all in for 195,456 from early position and Zachary "Lovepuddle" Schwartz three-bet jammed over the top for 254,712 from middle position. The rest of the players folded and the hands were turned up.

Ricardo "2dahmoon" Alvarado: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Zachary "Lovepuddle" Schwartz: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

It was a flip and Alvarado was looking to hold to stay alive. He held on the {3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop but then disaster struck when the {q-Hearts} spiked on the river to pair Schwartz. The {8-Clubs} river was of no consequence and Alvarado bowed out in 67th place for $1,149.98.
