South Korea's Jerecho "choleeek89" Caballero made a late run at the end of Day 1 to bag as the chip leader of Event #20: $1,500 MONSTER STACK NLH Freezeout in the 2021 GGPoker WSOP Online. The two-day tournament brought 1,080 entries for a $2,240,000 prize pool, and 24 players will come back tomorrow to battle for the first prize of $212,815 and the WSOP gold bracelet on GGPoker.

This will be Sammartino's second final table of the 2021 GGPoker WSOP Online bracelet series after finishing fifth in Event #18: $5,000 Short Deck Championship.

Sammartino is joined by Shota "Daniel Negranue" Murakami, Eduardo "Ghazbaran" Rodrigues, and Timothy Cramer as the remaining top five chip leaders looking to catch Caballero on Day 2.
