Burns Doubles Through Haxton

Level 35 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante
Haxton vs Burns
Haxton vs Burns

The action kicked off with a min-raise by Kahle Burns as the second player to act and Isaac Haxton three-bet to 560,000 in the big blind. Burns then shipped it in for 1,863,715 and Haxton called to trigger a pivotal coinflip.

Kahle Burns: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Isaac Haxton: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}

Only two spades and no paint card appeared on the {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} board and Haxton was left with fumes.

"ABorealis" Eliminated in 14th Place ($74,808)

Level 35 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante
ABorealis eliminated by sisu
ABorealis eliminated by sisu

"ABorealis" called all-in for the last 71,964 from under the gun and Mark Radoja filled up from the small blind. "sisu" had other plans n the big blind and jammed for more than 16 blinds, Radoja folded.

"ABorealis": {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}
"sisu": {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

The {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop was devastating for "ABorealis" as they had just one immediate out. That one, too, vanished on the {a-Clubs} turn to make the {6-Hearts} river a formality. "ABorealis" was eliminated in 14th place for $74,808 and missed out on the pay jump.

Level 35 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

Guillaume Nolet went all in under the gun for his last 145,890, Mark Radoja raised to 330,000 and everyone else folded.

Guillaume Nolet: {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}
Mark Radoja: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}

The flop of {3-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{q-Clubs} put Radoja ahead. The {k-Hearts} turn gave Nolet some flush outs but the {6-Clubs} eliminated him and sent Radoja the pot.

Nuter More Than Triples

Level 35 : 50,000/100,000, 12,500 ante

Timothy Nuter raised to 200,000 with 4,166 behind and Mark Radoja three-bet to 330,000 in the hijack. Adrian Mateos called out of the big blind and Nuter tank-called all-in while waiting for the action of the other table.

On the {5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop, Mateos checked and Radoja bet 300,000. That was enough to force out Mateos.

Timothy Nuter: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Mark Radoja: {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

The {q-Hearts} turn was a tease but the {8-Clubs} river kept Nuter in the mix.

Guillaume Nolet: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
"sisu": {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Radoja doubles through Nuter
Radoja doubles through Nuter

Adrian Mateos opened the action with a min-raise in middle position and Timothy Nuter used a portion of his time bank to then jam for more than 1.8 million on the button. Mark Radoja called for 1,570,124 and Mateos reluctantly folded.

Mark Radoja: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Timothy Nuter: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop left Nuter in need of running cards and the {10-Clubs} turn was among them. However, the {9-Diamonds} river was a blank and Nuter was left with fewer than three blinds.

Nuter Doubles Through Nolet in Blind Battle

Level 34 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Guillaume Nolet limped in and Timothy Nuter checked his option to see the {8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} without investing any further chips. Nolet bet 80,000 to earn a call from Nuter and then checked the {7-Hearts} turn. Nuter made it 234,000 to go only for Nolet to check-shove. The call by Nuter for the last 519,395 behind his bet followed, leading to the following showdown.

Timorhy Nuter: {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Guillaume Nolet: {9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Nolet's open ender and flush draw had plenty of outs but the Canadian whiffed the {6-Clubs} river, which gave Nuter a full house.

"sisu" Doubles Another Time

Level 34 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Guillaume Nolet opened in the cutoff to 192,000 and it folded to "sisu" in the big blind who went all in for 392,634 and Nolet called.

Guillaume Nolet: {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
"sisu": {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

The flop was {2-Spades}{q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. The turn brought the {k-Hearts} giving Nolet some more outs, but the {3-Hearts} sealed the double up for "sisu".

"Jerome001" Takes Commanding Lead

Level 34 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

While Anatoly Filatov earned several pots to boost his stack and Rui Ferreira chipped up as well, it was then "Jerome001" who dragged in the biggest pot of the tournament so far.

It came at the expense of Artur Martirosian and "Jerome001" jumped into a commanding lead as a result.

"Jerome001" opened to 168,000 in the hijack and was called by Martirosian out of the small blind, Pavel Veksler also filled up. The flop fell {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Martirosian was the only one to check-call a bet worth 151,840 by "Jerome001".

The {q-Hearts} turn brought a second barrel for 443,840, which Martirosian check-called once more. Last but not least, Martirosian checked the {5-Hearts} river and paid off a bet worth 800,000. "Jerome001" tabled the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} for a flush as Martirosian's {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades} went into the virtual muck.
