Chip And a Chair for "sisu"

Level 34 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Mark Radoja made it 756,000 to go from under the gun and kept very few chips behind. "sisu" then shipped it in for 996,879 and Radoja called it off.

Mark Radoja: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
"sisu": {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

Thanks to a board of {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Clubs}, Radoja survived and left "sisu" very short.

Two hands later, "sisu" was all-in for the rest of it and Adrian Mateos isolated successfully with a small raise.

"sisu": {j-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Adrian Mateos: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and "sisu" survived.

Thomas Muehloecker Eliminated in 16th Place ($74,808)

Level 33 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante
Muehloecker eliminated by Nuter
Muehloecker eliminated by Nuter

Thomas Muehloecker went all in for 474,741 from under the gun and Timothy Nuter called in the cutoff for his last 195,154 chips as everyone else folded.

Thomas Muehloecker: {2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Timothy Nuter: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The {j-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop put Nuter ahead and the {6-Spades} turn and {4-Clubs} river kept him alive and put a dent in Muehloecker's stack.

On the very next hand, Nuter raised to 414,808 from middle position and Muehloecker called off his last 201,087 in the big blind. This time it was Nuter's {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} versus the {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} of Muehloecker and the board of {5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{10-Spades} {7-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} gave the pot to Nuter and eliminated Muehloecker.

Martirosian Chips Up Against Haxton

Level 33 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante

Isaac Haxton made it 154,000 to go in a middle position and was called by Artur Martirosian out of the big blind. The flop brought {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Martirosian check-called for 105,000. Both players checked the {2-Hearts} turn and Martirosian then bet 518,000 into 621,000 on the {6-Clubs} river.

Haxton called with {j-Clubs}{10-Spades} for the second pair but Martirosian had that beat with {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for the top pair.

Break With 16 Remaining

Level 33 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante

Only 16 players remain as the field has already been reduced to the final two tables. Joao Vieira has been eliminated in 17th place and all contenders with chips at their disposal are now on a scheduled five-minute break.

Wei Zhao Eliminated in 18th Place ($66,310)

Level 33 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante

Action folded to "Jerome001" in the small blind who opened to 180,000. Wei Zhao went all in from the big blind for 2,038,023 and "Jerome001" made the call.

"Jerome001": {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Wei Zhao: {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}. The {5-Clubs} appeared on the turn giving Zhao some more outs but the {5-Spades} river eliminated Zhao and gave "Jerome001" a huge pot and the chip lead.

Peters eliminated by Radoja

In a battle between two of the table short stacks, Mark Radoja on the button and David Peters in the big blind got their chips in.

David Peters: {j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Mark Radoja: {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

Peters gained the lead on the {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Spades} flop but Radoja restored the preflop order on the {a-Diamonds} turn. The {10-Clubs} river was a blank and Peters became the next casualty in quick succession.

Tyler "TheRayGuy" Cornell Eliminated in 20th Place ($66,310)

Level 32 : 30,000/60,000, 7,500 ante
Cornell eliminated
Cornell eliminated

The remainder of a short stack for Tyler "TheRayGuy" Cornell went in from the button and he picked up a caller in "Jerome001" out of the big blind.

Tyler "TheRayGuy" Cornell: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
"Jerome001": {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

Cornell fell behind on the {10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop and the {6-Clubs} turn then provided a flush draw. However, the {k-Spades} on the river only improved "Jerome001" and Cornell was eliminated in 20th place.
