Spataro Takes Big Pot From Salas

Blinds: 600,000/1,200,000

There is already over 14,000,000 in the middle when the river comes out on a board showing {j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{k-Spades}. Damian Salas checked to Diego “Shereka” Spataro, who bet out 4,801,500. Salas went for a check raise to 15,716,249, a bet that was worth about 2/3 of his remaining chips.

Spataro went into the tank for a while before calling with Ace-King for a rivered pair of kings, and Salas could only muster up {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for a missed straight draw.

Spataro is up to over 57,000,000 after that pot, while Salas is suddenly the short stack.

COLOSSUS Final Table Seating Chart and Chip Counts

The blinds have been rolled back to 600,000/1,200,000 so that the average chip stack is once again 40 big blinds.

Zhang Busts to Numerato

Blinds: 1,250,000/2,500,000

Action folded around to Jacky Zhang in the small blind, and they moved all in for 16,000,000 and change. Mirko “25Ezekiel17” Numerato called in the big blind holding {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}, and they were ahead of Zhang's {k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}.

The flop of {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs} hit both players, but kept Numerato in the lead. The {4-Diamonds} turn meant only an eight would work for Zhang now, but the {5-Diamonds} came instead.

"BCRob" Next Player to Bust

Blinds: 1,000,000/2,000,000

Armando D’avanzo raised to 4,000,000, and "BCRob" three bet shoved for their final nine million and change. D'avanzo called with {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}, and "BCRob" had two live cards with {k-Spades}{5-Hearts}.

The flop of {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} gave D'avanzo a straight draw, and they would hit it on the {8-Clubs} turn. No chop came on the river, and D'avanzo scored another big pot.

D'avanzo Doubles in Battle of Blinds

Blinds: 800,000/1,600,000

"Le_C0lombbi1" was in the small blind when they moved all in, and Armando D'avanzo called all in for their final 25,000,000 and change with {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. He was dominating the {a-Spades}{j-Hearts} held by "Le_C0lombbi1", and the lead would hold on the {8-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} runout.

"PXR-51" First Player Over 100,000,000

Blinds: 800,000/1,600,000

Chip leader "PXR-51" raised to 3,920,000, and Damien Salas was the lone caller from the small blind. The flop of {k-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs} saw both players check, and the {7-Diamonds} hit the turn. Salas check called a bet of 3,600,000 from "PXR-51", and the {10-Spades} completed the board.

Salas checked again, and "PXR-51" fired 11,520,000. Salas thought for quite a bit before calling with {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, but he couldn't beat the {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} held by "PXR-51."

With that pot, "PXR-51" is over 105 million in chips.

Furlanetto Doubles Through "25Ezekiel17"

Blinds: 700,000/1,400,000

After big stack "25Ezekiel17" raised it up, Rafael "riskgambler" Furlanetto moved all in on the button for his final 10 million and change. "25Ezekiel17" called with {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}, but they were well behind the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} of Furlanetto.

The board came down {10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Spades}, and the jack kicker played to secure the double up.

Goyal Gets a Double Up

Blinds: 600,000/1,200,000

Tarun "AreYouAhead" Goyal started the action by raising everything in his stack but 100,000, and in the big blind, Diogo "oBricklayer" Coelho raised to get those chips in. Goyal called with {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}, and he was very live against the {a-Hearts}{6-Clubs} of Goyal.

The flop of {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} shot Goyal into the lead, and he kept that lead on the {4-Hearts} turn and {k-Clubs} river, which gave him an unnecessary two pair.
