Fairfax Bubbles

Level 4 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

"yoellalaska" opened to 40,00 from under-the-gun and was called by Anthony "rabblerouser" Diotte on the button and Brian "Kommon34" Fairfax in the big blind.

The flop came {4-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and "yoellalaska" bet 39,522. Diotte folded, but Fairfax tanked for a long time before eventually raising all-in for his last 97,430. "yoellalaska" quickly called to put Fairfax at risk.

"yoellalaska": {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Fairfax: {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}

Fairfax had flopped top pair, but was well behind the pocket kings of "yoellalaska".

The {10-Diamonds} turn looked promising for Fairfax, who had improved to two-pair, but a fateful {4-Clubs} completed the board — giving "yoellalaska" a better two pair and eliminating Fairfax just before the money.

Eleres Takes From Brouk

Level 4 : 10,000/20,000, 2,500 ante

With the money bubble in sight, Allison Eleres raised to 40,000 and was called by Tomi "BAAABUUSKIIII" Brouk in the big blind. Both checked the {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop and Brouk then bet the {3-Spades} turn for 55,000, picking up a call.

Brouk also bet the {2-Clubs} river for 50,000 and called a raise to 160,000 by Eleres. The Brazilian tabled the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} for queens and deuces, which beat the {9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} of Brouk.

Menhardt Doubles Through "jpwno"

Level 3 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

"jpwno" opened to 33,600 on the button and was called by Julian "VWgunther" Menhardt in the small blind. On a flop of {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, Menhardt check-raised to 131,200 with 381,266 behind and called all-in when "jpwno" pushed with the superior stack.

Julian "VWgunther" Menhardt: {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}
"jpwno": {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

The {q-Diamonds} was not significant, as was the {9-Clubs} river, and Menhardt doubled.

In the meanwhile, $10,000 Heads-Up Championship semi-finalist Daniel Soltys was blinded out and busted a few spots away from the money.
