Huynh Wins After Lengthy River

Level 3 : 200/300, 300 ante

With approximately 3,000 in the pot, Ken Huynh bet 1,500 from the cutoff on a board of {4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} {8-Clubs} and his opponent in the hijack called.

When the {7-Hearts} appeared on the river, his opponent tanked for nearly two minutes.

"Who's it on?" Huynh eventually asked before the hijack admitted she didn't know it was her turn. She bet 6,000, and Huynh called with {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} to win the 11,000 pot and move up to 60,000.

Reyna Drops a Pot with Nines

Level 4 : 200/400, 400 ante

Robert Reyna has gotten off to a fast start on Day 1 before losing a few chips on this last hand.

Facing a pre-flop raise to 1,000, Reyna came along from the cutoff as did the big blind. The flop came {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and both opponents checked before Reyna put in a bet of 1,800; only the big blind called.

Both players checked the {8-Spades} turn before the big blind led out for 1,500 on the {2-Clubs} river. Reyna called but mucked when his opponent turned over {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for top pair, saying he had two nines.
