Jason Koon thought his tournament was over just 20 minutes ago but he was surprisingly left with 50,000 after running into a cooler. After a couple of double-ups, Koon held onto the chip lead and it was Nicolai Morris who was the short stack.

Morris shipped all in for around 82,000 on the button and Koon quickly called after looking at his cards. Morris held {k-Clubs}{5-Spades} but it was Koon that was ahead with {a-Clubs}{2-Hearts}.

The flop of {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} gave Koon a huge advantage. The {5-Diamonds} on the turn and the {q-Clubs} on the river was not enough for Morris who was eliminated.
