Lolis Spikes the Turn Against Affleck

Level 21 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Matt Affleck
Matt Affleck

Matt Affleck and David Lolis got into a raising war on a {8-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{a-Spades} flop that resulted in Lolis having the remainder of his chips in the middle.

Lolis showed {a-}{j-}, but Affleck had him dominated with {a-}{k-}. The {j-Clubs} on the turn, though, gave Lolis a big lead in the hand with two pair, and when the {q-Diamonds} came on the river he doubled to 1,600,000.

Affleck was down to 150,000 and got them all in a few hands later. Paul Moraes called from the next seat over before Daniel Weinman re-shoved for 385,000. Joshua Heintzl considered it for a moment before folding, as did Moraes.

Matt Affleck: {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Daniel Weinman: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}

Weinman made a straight on the turn as the board ran out {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{k-Spades}{3-Clubs}, and Affleck was sent to the rail.
