Better Two-Pair For Friedman

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 600 ante

Four players were in a hand on fifth street and all four committed chips to the middle as they went to sixth street.

Adam Friedman had a pair of aces showing and bet 1,200. The next player to act called and the third player, who had two-pair showing raised to 2,400. Jay Spinola was last to act and he folded, Friedman called the raise and the initial caller folded.

Seventh street was dealt, both players checked.

Adam Friedman: {4-Diamonds}{8-Spades}/{j-Spades}{2-Spades}{a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}/{8-Diamonds}
Opponent: {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}/{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{q-Spades}{10-Hearts}/{6-Clubs}

The opponent with two-pair showing could not improve her hand with her hole cards meaning that Friedman had the best of it with aces up and he took down the pot.
