Mike Thorpe raised in early position and only got a call from Jason Somerville in the big blind.
On the 
flop, Somerville led into Thorpe, who called and said, "I'll get you on the next street".
After Somerville gave him the opportunity with a check on the 
turn, Thorpe opted instead to check back.
Somerville bet once more on the 
river, and Thorpe called.
Somerville showed 
and Thorpe mucked, saying in defeat, "I had a pocket pair as well".
