The dealer spread a flop of {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Ramos checked. Gorodinsky bet and Ramos called.

The turn brought the {a-Spades} and Ramos led out. Gorodinsky called to see the river.

The river was the {7-Clubs}. Ramos fired once more and Gorodinsky called only to see the grim news as Ramos tabled {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for sevens full and the pot.
