Scott Abrams could have gone broke in a recent pot to Hernan Salazar, but is still in the tournament thanks to a brilliant laydown.
Abrams defended his big blind to a raise from Salazar preflop, then checked a flop of . Salazar bet 300,000 and Abrams called.
On the turn Abrams again checked, but this time faced a bet of 1,150,000 from Salazar.
Abrams went deep into the tank with three million left in his stack. After a couple of minutes, Abrams folded and asked Salazar for an "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" agreement. Salazar obliged and showed for a turned full house. Abrams showed the case
