Level 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Billy "Uncle B" Devitt limped in from early position, the cutoff called and the button bet the maximum which was 8,500. The big blind announced pot and Devitt called off his remaining stack of 24,500 before the cutoff folded and the button called for his 16,000 total.

Billy Devitt: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Big Blind: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

The short-stacked player on the button was ahead with his pair of aces and the flop came {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, giving Devitt the top two pairs. the turn was the {7-Spades} and the river was the {6-Clubs} for his two pairs to hold.

Genge Eliminates Zedan

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Picking up the action with Yi Li on the button having 9,000 in, Zuis Zedan who had fallen short was all-in for 5,000 and Greg Genge bet the pot. Li tanked for a while and eventually let his hand go.

Luis Zedan: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Hearts}
Greg Genge: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, giving Zedan a pair of queens but he was going to need more than that to beat the kings of Genge. The turn {7-Clubs} and river {9-Diamonds} were no help though and the reigning champion was eliminated.
