The Floodgates Are Opening

Level 9 : 0/0, 1,200 ante

Brian Rast was the first to bust and Ali Imsirovic then doubled through Chad Campbell in a preflop contest. Imsirovic was at risk for 65,800 with {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} versus {a-Spades}{9-Spades} and the board ran out {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for Imsirovic to double.

David Peters then open-shoved for 45,600 from under the gun and was called by Thomas Kysar.

David Peters: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Thomas Kysar: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

Only one queen was not enough on the {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} board to send Peters to the rail.

Venkat Chivukula then followed after he shipped it in preflop with the {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. Imsirovic isolated from one seat over with the {q-Spades}{j-Spades} and prevailed thanks to a board of {k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.
