Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

Kevin Gerhart: {x-}{x-} / {5-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds} fold on fifth
Jake Schwartz: {x-}{x-} / {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{a-Spades}

Kevin Gerhart completed and then called a raise by Jake Schwartz, who paired his six on fourth and bet. Gerhart called once but then folded on fifth when facing another bet.

Benny Glaser: {x-}{x-} / {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{6-Spades} / {x-}
Brandon Shack-Harris: {x-}{x-} / {8-Spades}{q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} / {x-}

Benny Glaser completed, Brandon Shack-Harris raised and Glaser made it three bets to get called by Shack-Harris. Glaser bet fourth and received a call by his table neighbour. They checked down all remaining streets and Shack-Harris tabled the {7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{a-Spades} for a pair of eights and an eight-seven low to earn the entire pot.

Glaser Now Far Shortest Stack

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

Brandon Shack-Harris raised on the button and Chris Vitch three-bet out of the big blind for Shack-Harris to call. Vitch bet the {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop and earned a call before leading the {8-Clubs} turn and forcing a fold.

Benny Glaser then raised and Bryce Yockey defended the big blind. On a {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop, Yockey opted to check-call and they checked down the {4-Hearts} turn and {7-Clubs} river. Yockey tabled the {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and Glaser mucked.

In the next hand, Eddie Blumenthal and Vitch chopped with {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} versus {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} on the {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{k-Spades}{4-Spades} board.

Schwartz Cracks Blumenthal's Aces

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Jake Schwartz
Jake Schwartz

Limit Hold'em

Eddie Blumenthal raised from under the gun and Jake Schwartz three-bet on the button for Blumenthal to call. On a flop of {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades}, Blumenthal opted to check-call a bet and then check-raised the {2-Hearts} turn. Schwartz made it three bets and Blumenthal called. They then headed to the {2-Clubs} river and Blumenthal checked once more.

Schwartz bet and Blumenthal sigh-called while saying "do you really have nines or tens?" That's indeed what Schwartz revealed with the {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} as Blumenthal mucked his {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} in disgust.

Blumenthal Gets Some Back

Level 21 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

David Benyamine raised from an early position and was called by Eddie Blumenthal in the big blind. Blumenthal opted to check-call the {k-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop and they checked it down after the {q-Diamonds} turn and {q-Hearts} river. The {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} of Blumenthal won the pot.

Benyamine limped from under the gun one hand later and Blumenthal filled up out of the small blind, Chris Vitch checked in the big blind. Only Vitch check-called a bet by Benyamine on the {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop and then check-folded the {k-Spades} turn when Benyamine fired once more.
