Triple Up for Hsiung

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Nicholas Julia raised in the cutoff, Kenny Hsiung three-bet on the button and Justin Liberto four-bet, earning two calls. All of them discarded one card and Liberto bet, Julia called and Hsiung jammed for 94,000. Liberto reraised to 144,000 and Julia called.

Liberto patted the second draw while Julia and Hsiung both took one each. One bet by Liberto and a call followed. The same drawing action repeated and the two active players checked it down. Liberto revealed the {8-}{7-}{4-}{3-}{2-} to which Julia showed a paired five, and Hsiung won the large main pot with {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

After a double up just prior, Hsiung now tripled up and jumped right back into contention.

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Kristan Lord raised and was called by Robert McLaughlin in the cutoff and Nicholas Julia on the button. Lord took on card and his two opponents drew two. The action checked to Julia and his bet was called both ways. Only McLaughlin then discarded two as his two opponents took one each. Lord bet and earned two calls.

On the final draw, Lord patted and McLaughlin drew one, as did Julia. They checked and Lord tabled the {9-}{8-}{6-}{5-}{3-} for a nine-eight to win the pot.

Aditya Prasetyo: {x-}{x-}/{5-Clubs}{2-Spades}{4-Clubs}{8-Spades}/{x-}

The action was picked up on sixth street with Mizrachi having fired another bet and Prasetyo called.

Seventh street was dealt face down to each player. Once again Mizrachi led out and was called. Next, Prasetyo mucked after Mizrachi tabled his hole cards which revealed a seven-high straight and a seven-six low for the scooped pot.
