Benyamine Straightens Out Elezra's Stack

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Eli Elezra limped from the cutoff and was raised to 4,500 by David Benyamine on the button. Naoya Kihara called from the big blind and Elezra called as well.

Action checked to Benyamine on the {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop and he bet 6,000. Only Elezra called.

Both players checked on the {2-Diamonds} turn and, Elezra led out for 9,000 when the {5-Spades} completed the board.

Benyamine called and Elezra announced, "Set" and showed the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}. It was no good, however, as Benyamine tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} for a straight and scoped the pot.

"F***ing Benyamine," Elezra said in jest.
