Gross Wins While Vlogging

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Jeff Gross took his seat in the tournament at the break but wasted no time adding some chips to his stack.

On his last hand, Gross beat 8,000 on the turn with the board showing {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}. Darrin Wright called while Gross took out his camera stick and began filming the hand.

The river came the {7-Spades} and Gross bet another 18,000. Wright quickly called but mucked when Gross showed {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} two pair, aces and queens. Gross continued filming while stacking his new chips.

"If you stack me I give you permission to show me in the video," a tablemate told Gross.

Nasreddine Takes It on the River

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Rania Nasreddine called in middle position and the players in the blinds came to see a flop {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}. The three players checked.

A {4-Clubs} fell on the turn and the small blind led out for 1,400, only called by Nasreddine. The river was the {2-Clubs} and the small blind sent another bet for 2,400. Nasreddine raised it to 7,000 and it was enough to make her opponent fold.

Aldemir Nearly Shoves the Turn

Level 5 : 300/600, 600 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

On a flop of {10-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Spades}, Koray Aldemir bet 5,000 before his opponent raised to around 18,000. Aldemir called to see the {6-Hearts} fall on the turn.

Aldemir's opponent checked and he gathered nearly all the chips in his 25,000 stack and slid them into the middle, leaving behind only one chip to cap his cards. His opponent quickly folded and Aldemir got the rest of his chips back.

Astedt Shows a Flush to Double

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Online legend Niklas "Lena900" Astedt three-bet before the flop and got one caller. On the turn with the board showing {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{k-Spades}{4-Diamonds}, Astedt bet 31,500 and his opponent called.

The river came the {j-Spades} and Astedt shoved the rest of his stack, around 40,000, into the middle. His opponent gave it some thought before deciding to call. Astedt showed {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades} for the queen-high flush and his opponent mucked.

"Nice re-raise. I have ace-six of spades. If you call, I'm in there," tablemate Todd DiMartino told Astedt after the hand.
