For only the second time in WSOP history, Event #65: $1,000 Mini Main Event will be taking take place at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, giving players the chance at a coveted gold bracelet within three days.

The tournament kicks off at 11 a.m. local time on November 3, and Day 1 will feature a total of 22 levels of 30 minutes each.

All participants of the Mini Main receive 60,000 in chips and the late registration is available until the start of Level 13. There will be a 75-minute dinner break at the end of Level 12 at approximately 5.40 p.m. local time and once the cards are back in the air at ≈ 6.55 p.m. local time, the late registration officially closes.

With this being a freezeout tournament, play may be a little conservative off the bat as there will be no re-entry available.

Last year, Jeremy Saderne navigated his way through a staggering 5,521 player field to take down the inaugural Mini Main for a first-place prize of $628,654 and his first WSOP bracelet.
