Action was picked up on the turn in a hand with 300,000 in the middle, with a board reading , between Kosei Ichinose in early position and Rafael Mota in the small blind.
Ichinose bet 110,000 on the turn after being checked to which Mota responded to by raising to 400,000. Ichinose went into the tank for 40-seconds before tossing in the call.
The river saw Mota leading river for 200,000 and after some deliberation, Ichinose put in the calling chips. Mota turned over for a wheel and Ichinose mucked his hand, pushing Mota close to two million in chips.
Oswin Ziegelbecker was all in against Nick Yunis on a board of and both their hands were already showing. Ziegelbecker had for two pair and Yunis showed for top set, sending Ziegelbecker to the payout desk.
Mark Johnson raised to 52,000 from early position and Ruslan Nazarenko from one seat over went all-in for 178,000. Action folded back around to Johnson who quickly called.

The runout did not bring help to to Nazarenko and Johnson took down the pot.
Karan Mehta opened to 32,000 and was called by three players, including Tony Hartmann in the small blind. Mike Takayama in the big blind responded by three-betting to 150,000. Mehta went all-in for 450,000 and Tony Hartmann went all-in for 270,000 which Takayama called.

The flop came out which gave Takayama a flush draw and Hartman a straight draw. The turn gave Hartmann the nut straight and gave Mehta a flush draw of his own. The river gave Takayama the flush and with his stack covering the others, Mehta and Hartmann were eliminated from the tournament.
Nick Yunis raised in early position to 35,000 and only Charles Coultas called on the button.
When the flop came , Yunis continued for 60,000 and Coultas surrendered the pot.
The following hand, Yunis raised once again, this time under the gun to 35,000 and Motoyoshi Okamura three-bet to 75,000 next to act. The table folded back around to Yunis and he made the call.
When the flop came , Yunis check-folded to the continuation bet of 75,000 from Okamura.
Mihai Manole raised to 32,000 preflop from the cutoff which got calls from Dmitry Shunikov on the button and Mark Johnson in the big blind.
The flop of was checked over to Manole, who bet 52,000. Shunikov responded by going all in for 183,000. Johnson got out of the way and Manole asked for a count before tossing in the call and the cards were tabled.

Manole had flopped bottom pair with a gutshot versus Shunikov's overpair which failed to improve on the turn and the river, giving Shunikov the pot.
