Imsirovic Eliminates Danias

Level 15 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Nicholas Danias shoved for his last 230,000 from under-the-gun and was called by Ali Imsirovic on the button to put Danias at risk.

Nicholas Danias: {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Ali Imsirovic: {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts}{8-Clubs} — leaving Imsirovic with a full house and busting Danias from the tournament.

Addamo Eliminates Brooks

Level 15 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
John Brooks
John Brooks

John Brooks raised to 80,000 from the button and was reraised all-in by Micahel Addamo, who had him covered, out of the small blind.

After Brooks tanked for four of his six time banks, he opted to make the call.

It was the {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades} held by Brooks that was at-risk versus the pocket {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} held by Addamo.

The dealer ran out the board of {2-Spades}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and it was one set of treys held by Addamo that was good enough for the winner, and Brooks was eliminated from the tournament.

Chidwick Eliminates Schwartz

Level 15 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Noah Schwartz was recently all-in preflop versus Stephen Chidwick.

Noah Schwartz: {k-Spades}{9-Spades}
Stephen Chidwick: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

Schwartz caught a nine on the {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop, but the {10-Spades} and {2-Diamonds} brought no further help and he was eliminated from the tournament,

A wild, swingy day for Dan Smith has come to an end.

Dan Smith: {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Stephen Chidwick: {k-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Spades}{j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} giving Chidwick a winning top pair and eliminating Smith from the tournament.

Shaun Deeb: {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}

Koon Doubles Through Smith to Assume Chip Lead

Level 14 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Jason Koon
Jason Koon

Dan Smith opened to 80,000 from middle position and action folded to Jason Koon in the big blind, who three-bet to 450,000. Smith shoved and Koon called off for 2.85 million.

Dan Smith: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Jason Koon: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

A chop seemed all but certain, but {j-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop gave Koon a backdoor flush draw.

The {3-Diamonds} turn improved Koon to a front door draw, and the {q-Diamonds} river completed Koon's flush — vaulting him to 5.7 million in chips for the current chip lead

Conan Gets the Fold from Addamo

Level 14 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Arthur Conan
Arthur Conan

On a flop of {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} Arthur Conan led out 100,000 chips and was called by his opponent, Michael Addamo.

The dealer burned and turned {9-Clubs} and Conan led out for 135,000 and was called again by Addamo.

The river card was the {q-Hearts} and Conan led for another 315,000 chips with one 5k chip behind which protected his hand. After he used four time banks, Addamo eventually opted to muck, and Conan was awarded the pot.

Level 14 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu shoved for 550,000 from the hijack and was called by Ole Schemion in the big blind.

Daniel Negrenau: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Ole Schemion: {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}

It was a race, but the {q-Spades}{j-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} runout paired Negreanu's queen and he doubled through.
