Volpe Whacks Wong's Stack

Level 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Jerry Wong raised from the hijack and was three-bet by Paul Volpe in the small blind. Action folded back over to Wong, who called.

Wong proceeded to check-call every street — first on the {a-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop, then on the {7-Hearts} turn, and lastly on the {5-Spades} river.

"Nut nut" Volpe announced as he tabled {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} for a full house and the nut low.

"That was the perfect card to pay you off," Wong said as he mucked.

Engel's Lead Takes it Down

Level 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Andrew Yeh raised from the cutoff and was called by Ben Yu on the button and Ari Engel in the big blind.

Engel checked to Yeh on the {7-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{k-Hearts} flop, who continued for a bet. Both Yu and Engel called.

The {8-Clubs} fell on the turn and Engel opted to lead out. Yu folded after a bit of thought and Yeh folded right after — awarding the pot to Engel.
