Nicole Limo Greene
Nicole Limo Greene

Nicole Limo Greene shoved on the button for her remaining 9,400,000 and Hung Tran called to put her at risk.

Nicole Limo Greene: {a-}{j-}
Hung Tran: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

Tran was pumped up as he beckoned on his pair to hold but the {6-Clubs}{a-Spades}{2-Diamonds} had other plans and Greene paired up. The turn {q-Spades} and river {10-Spades} sealed the double for Greene.

Liu and Tran Trade Big Pots in Back-to-Back Hands

Level 40 : 1,000,000/1,500,000, 1,500,000 ante
Hung Tran
Hung Tran

Qing Liu and Hung Tran are sitting side-by-side as the number one and number two stacks, respectively.

However, that hasn't stopped the pair from waging warfare against one another.

In the first hand, Liu opened to 3,200,000 from the cutoff and Tran called from the big blind.

The flop came {10-Spades}{6-Spades}{j-Spades} and Liu continued for 3,000,000. Tran called.

The turn brought the {5-Spades} to put a fourth spade on the board and both players checked.

The river brought the {2-Clubs} and Liu snap-called Tran's bet of 7,000,000.

Qing Liu showed {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} to take down the pot with a set as he caught Tran bluffing off with {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}.

In the very next hand, Tran limped from the small blind and Liu checked.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{a-Spades}. Tran put out 1,500,000 and Liu called.

Both players would check the {k-Spades} before the {q-Spades} came on the river. Tran fired out 6,000,000 and Liu snap-called his river bet a second time.

This time, Tran had the goods with the {8-Spades}{6-Spades} for the flush.

Michael Lin Eliminated in 5th Place ($88,417)

Level 40 : 1,000,000/1,500,000, 1,500,000 ante
Michael Lin
Michael Lin

In a raised pot preflop, Michael Lin and Hung Tran found themselves heads up on a flop of {j-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}.

Lin checked his action, then Tran bet 4,000,000, sending Lin into the tank.

After a couple of moments, Lin announced he was all in, and Tran snap-called.

Lin tabled {a-Spades}{7-Spades} for the nut flush draw and Tran showed {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for two pair and a huge favorite.

The {8-Clubs} turn gave Lin some chop outs to go with his flush draw but the {9-Diamonds} river left him high and dry.

Lin was eliminated in fifth place for a nice payout of $88,417.

Junxiu Zhang Eliminated in 6th Place ($67,572)

Level 39 : 600,000/1,200,000, 1,200,000 ante
Junxiu Zhang
Junxiu Zhang

Junxiu Zhang had just doubled up a few times when she pushed all-in again for 8,655,000. Qing Liu called and everyone else got out of the way as she was at risk.

Junxiu Zhang: {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Qing Liu: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The flop came {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} which gave Zhang the lead with a pair of tens, but Liu also held a flush draw.

The turn {j-Clubs} paired Liu to put him back into the lead. Zhang needed a non-heart queen or ten but the river {9-Diamonds} was no help as she exited in sixth. She picks up more than $60,000 for her great run.

From the small blind, Ralph Marquez shoved his last 7,500,000 into Raj Vohra who snap-called.

Ralph Marquez: {a-Clubs}{2-Spades}
Raj Vohra: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

Marquez said: "Nice playing with you guys" after the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop came. The {j-Diamonds} turn meant he was drawing dead before the {10-Spades} completed the board.

Vohra climbs up to 33,700,000 chips while Marquez goes home in seventh place with a healthy $52,035.

Vohra Wins a Big Flip to Decimate Zhang

Junxiu Zhang opened to 2,000,000 from early position and Raj Vojra moved all-in for 11,625,000. Zhang called with a similar stack and they were off to the races.

Junxiu Zhang: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Raj Vojra: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop gave Vojra a set, but Zhang still had outs. The turn {9-Diamonds} wasn't what she needed, nor was the {5-Clubs} river.

After the stacks were counted, Zhang was left with less than a big blind.

Stanislav Snitsar opened from under the gun to 2,500,000 and it folded around to Qing Liu on the big blind. He asked for a count and Snitsar said around 12,000,000.

Liu then asked for an official count and then, about 30 seconds later, he forced Snitsar all-in.

Snitsar deliberated for 30 seconds before calling.

Stanislav Snitsar: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Qing Liu: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

Liu's aces crushed Snitsar, especially considering they matched suits. The flop came {6-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Hearts}.

The turn brought the {10-Clubs} and the river brought the {q-Clubs} to eliminate Snitsar in eighth place.

Qing Liu brought his chip lead to 53,600,000 while Snitsar cashed for $40,378.

Stanislav Snitsar: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

Ralph Marquez open-shoved for 5,250,000 and Michael Lin called to put him at risk.

Ralph Marquez: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}
Michael Lin: {k-Spades}{10-Spades}

"Hold baby come on," said Marquez.

The {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop was clean for Marquez, but the turn {9-Clubs} gave Lin some outs. It would not come though as the river {9-Spades} sent Marquez a double.
