Felice Keeps Firing

Level 3 : 400/800, 0 ante

Mira Felice raised under the gun and only the button came along.

On the {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop, Felice fired out a bet and the button called.

The {5-Spades} landed on the turn and after looking at the clock to see how much to bet, she tossed in another bullet and the button quickly mucked his hand.

Carney Plays Any Two

Level 3 : 400/800, 0 ante

Christopher Carney and two opponents went three ways in a raised pot to the flop of {2-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{8-Spades}. A player in middle position bet and Carney, seated to his immediate left, called. The other player folded.

Action checked to Carney on the {q-Spades} and he put out a bet. His opponent called, then check-called a bet on the {10-Clubs} river.

Carney turned over {j-Spades}{4-Spades} for a flush to win the pot.

"He called a raise with jack-four," a tablemate said after the hand.

"And I won," Carney countered as he stacked his new chips.

Poignee Flops Trips and Gets Value

Level 3 : 400/800, 0 ante

Four players put 1,200 in the middle before the flop came {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Jamie Poignee was the first to act and made a bet. Roland Israelashvili quickly folded in the big blind, as did the cutoff, before the button raised. Poignee reraised, putting in the third bet and the button called.

The {a-Clubs} hit the turn and Poignee tossed in a bet, again getting called by the button.

The {9-Spades} completed the board and Poignee quickly tossed in chips for a bet and was called once again. Poignee tabled {8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for trip eights, and her opponent tossed his cards back to the dealer.

Lin Takes Some from Ramos

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 0 ante

Gabriel Ramos raised in middle position and was called by Mike Lin in the hijack, as well as the button and big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of {q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades} and the action checked to Ramos who continued with a bet. Lin was the only caller. Ramos didn't see the call and passed his cards into the middle but quickly realized and grabbed them back.

The {10-Clubs} hit the turn and Ramos check-raised Lin and was called.

When the {k-Clubs} landed on the river, Ramos continued with a bet and was quickly called. Ramos tabled {q-Spades}{10-Spades} for two pair and that wasn't good enough as Lin took down the pot with a turned flush, showing {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}.
