The middle position player opened to 15,000 preflop, but then was raised to 45,000 by Todd Rebello on the button. When the action came back around, the middle position player called, and the two players went heads-up to a flop.
The flop came 
and both players checked.
On the turn 
the middle position led out for 30,000, and Rebello called.
The 
river brought another bet from the middle position for 40,000, and Rebello snap-called and showed 
to which the other player mucked.
