Gelencser Chipping Up Quickly

Level 11

Peter Gelencser: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}/{a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{3-Spades}
John Lytle: {j-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts}/{x-}{x-}{x-}

While several Day 2 entrants have seen short days, Peter Gelencser is quickly moving up in the chip counts.

Picking action up on 4th street after pairing his door card four, Gelncser bet out and was called by John Lytle, whose board showed king-jack high.

Lytle would then face bets on every subsequent street, calling each time, with some deliberation on seventh street.

Gelencser showed aces in the hole for two pair, aces and fours, and Lytle mucked his hand, taking an early hit to his still very healthy stack.
