McKenna Finds a Better Ten

Level 20 : 10,000/15,000, 25,000 ante

Michael McKenna shoved all in for 83,000 from the cutoff. Kyle Miholich in the button gave it some thought before folding, but big blind Kyle Montgomery snap-called when action got to him.

Both players stood pat. "Ten," Montgomery announced.

"Ten what," McKenna replied as Montgomery showed {10-}{9-}{7-}{4-}{3-}. McKenna, though, had {10-}{8-}{7-}{5-}{4-} to become the latest short stack to find a double up.

"Lucky cold deck," McKenna said following the hand.
